Welsh Government’s Change4Life team tasked MGB with signing up 4,000 families to receive a Games4Life activity pack during an eight-week period.
Our bilingual campaign included a pan-Wales roadshow, radio campaign, stakeholder communications, e-marketing, social media advertising and content creation, blogger engagement and the recruitment of ambassador families, or ‘Gamers’ as we called them, from across Wales to promote and chronicle their Games4Life journey in the media.
We smashed our target with well over 4,500 families signing up to receive a Games4Life pack. We directly engaged with thousands of people all over Wales with 14 roadshow events during the eight-week period. We placed over 35 articles in the Welsh press over the eight-week period and our Facebook and radio campaigns had a combined potential audience of more than four million people.
